What to expect...
As a therapist, I enjoy motivating and supporting my clients through their healing journey. I like to offer a patient-centered approach to therapy and will support you in the ways you see most effective. I do not expect my clients to be "perfect" or able to figure it out themselves. We will work together to meet the goals that are most important to you.
I enjoy working with clients who are open-minded and committed to improving their mental health. Outside of our sessions, I will encourage the use to coping skills, stress management, reframing cognitive distortions and challenging negative behaviors and thoughts. I also utilize online self help resources.

Anxiety
Are you someone who struggles with feeling anxious? In our session you will learn tools to manage anxiety, challenge anxious thoughts, and explore ways to limit the power anxiety has in your life.
Life Changes
Life transitions are tough. No life transition is too big or too small. You will have a safe and non-judgemental space to process life changes such as career changes, relocations, loss of relationships, loss of loved ones, academic changes and more.
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder
Does most of your day consist of completing compulsions due to obsessions? Learn how to challenge your OCD using the gold standard in OCD treatment: Exposure Response Prevention Therapy (ERP). We will work to establish a hierarchy, and complete exposures together.
Environmental Stress
As life goes on, things can feel more and more challenging to manage. We'll work together to explore these sources of stress and create a plan to better manage the stress you feel from the things you can't control.
Depression
Are you tired of putting on a "happy" face for others? You will learn skills to make daily task less daunting, improve your mood and find a greater meaning for your life. We'll work together to remove that gray cloud over your life.
Self Esteem Building
The way you view yourself is one of the biggest keys to happiness. Improve your self compassion and become your biggest cheerleader. Together we will explore ways to accept the things you can't change and find the things you love about yourself.
